10 Jun 2014
Hong Kong, China: Tissot, the Official Timekeeper of the 17th Asian Games Incheon 2014, officially announces that there are only 100 days to go to the 17th Asian Games Incheon 2014 - one of the world’s biggest and most prominent international sporting events - which begin on September 19, 2014. As the anticipation is building for everyone involved, the excitement is getting stronger for the thousands of visitors and millions of TV viewers, who can’t wait to bear witness to some of the greatest moments in sport.

Tissot, however, after two years of meticulous preparation, is calm, confident and ready to time the 36 different sports. It is determined to provide fairness and equality to the Asian Games by providing a timing of ultimate precision, which it will be doing in 100 days.

To ensure athletes and fans alike make it on time, Tissot has even created a special collection of watches synonymous with their Timekeeping precision. The Tissot Asian Games Collection reflects the dynamic nature of the event and is comprised of watches from classic to sporty, with unique designs, to suit every taste.

It's the “Swiss-ness” at the very heart of Tissot that makes the brand such a distinguished one. The + in the Tissot logo is the same as the Swiss flag, symbolising the quality and the reliability that watchmakers have proudly demonstrated since 1853.

The high calibre of the brand has been repeatedly recognised, as in its illustrious history Tissot has been named Official Timekeeper and Partner of MotoGP, FIM World Superbike, FIBA, AFL, RBS 6 Nations Rugby and the World Championships of cycling, fencing and ice hockey.
Tissot, which sells its timepieces in more than 160 countries round the world, is a member of the Swatch Group, the world's largest watch producer and distributor of Swiss watches. As it continues to create pioneering creations, Tissot stands by its signature, "Innovators by Tradition."
