Asia to host six legs of FINA short-course World Cup 2017

Lausanne, Switzerland, February 2, 2017: The International Swimming Federation (FINA) has unveiled the 2017 calendar of the FINA/airweave Swimming World Cup – a prestigious annual event gathering together the world’s best short-course swimmers.

Staged in 25m pools, the competition will begin in August 2017, just days after the conclusion of the 17th FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

The first stop will be in Moscow on August 2-3. This will be followed by Berlin on August 6-7, Eindhoven on August 10-11, Doha on September 22-23, Dubai on September 26-27, Hong Kong on September 30-October 1, Beijing on November 10-11, Tokyo on November 14-15 and Singapore on November 18-19.
