Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: The Prime Minister of Malaysia presented the Jalur Gemilang (national flag) to Y. A. Bhg. Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid, Chef de Mission of the Malaysian contingent of the London 2012 Olympic Games, on Wednesday, July 11, at the Prime Minister?s Office, Putrajaya. The presentation was made in the presence of cabinet ministers of the Malaysian government, Olympic athletes, officials, guests and media.

The Chef de Mission then handed the Jalur Gemilang to diver Pandelela Rinong, who will carry the flag at the opening ceremony of the London Olympics on July 27. The sponsorship presentation for the Malaysian delegation was held on Monday, July 9, at the OCM Sports Museum & Hall of Fame, Kuala Lumpur.

Representatives of the following sponsors of OCM presented mock cheques and their brand logos to HRH Tunku Imran, President of OCM: Coca Cola, P&G, Astro Arena, BATA/Power, Carlsberg, Dutch Lady, Maxis, MESUMA, Sports Toto and Telekom Malaysia.
